  • Assisted in all scouting activities and feeder system recruiting (Jr Cougar Soccer Academy)
  • Primary Goalkeeper Coach – The starting goalie was in her 1st full year as keeper. Allowed only seven goals on the season in 13 games and was a 1st team all conference selection.

Fall ‘07 & ‘08 – observed and took notes at IU men’s soccer practices

Fall ‘07 – Spring ‘10 – Cutter’s Soccer Club (Spring ‘10 U17 MRL & U18 ISL teams)

  • Head coach and Assistant coach for various teams (U16, U17, U18). These teams played in the Midwest Regional League (MRL) and Indiana Soccer League (ISL) and reached the Final Four of State Cup.
  • Effectively recruited players for club from a 1.5 hour radius around Bloomington
  • Successfully assisted players in their quest for a college team

Spring ‘05 – Current – founder Top 10 Soccer Academy (~220 children ages 4-17)

  • Evaluated players on skills matrix and developed an individual program for each client.
  • Operated summer camps for Top 10 Soccer and for Indianapolis Public school with upwards of 80 players.
  • Worked many camps including Fusion Soccer Club and Indiana University

Director of Coaching, Spring ‘05 – Spring ’07, North West Soccer Club (~550 players)

  • Coordinated day to day practice on the field and practice preparation (wrote practice manuals and training curricula for all age groups)
  • Supervised and trained a 12 member coaching staff
  • Trained and monitored 35 parent coaches each season
  • Maintained and ordered equipment and supplies for a 550 player club with 3 field sites in 2 cities
